Return Policies

We are fully confident in the manufacturing standards of our StopWatt components. If our technical system fails to align with the power stabilization requirements of your household, we provide a structured equipment evaluation framework.

60-Day Evaluation Window

Purchasers have exactly 60 days from the delivery timestamp to submit a compensation request. To be eligible for financial adjustment, the unit must remain in its original structural state and be safely contained in its factory shipping container.

Our specialists will issue a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tracking number along with practical shipping directions. Packages returned to our distribution hubs without a valid RMA file cannot be managed by our processing team.

Reimbursement Procedures

As soon as our fulfillment team verifies the returned hardware condition, we will transmit an official validation note. Approved reversals are credited directly back to your primary payment source. Please keep in mind that banking networks typically need 5 to 10 operational updates to record the funds on your account statements.

Shipping Responsibilities

The consumer takes on complete responsibility for all transit expenses required to route the physical item back to our facility. All original shipping fees verified during your initial purchase remain completely non-refundable.
